The Dashboard

Cartwheel features allow you to streamline your operations, save on costs, increase repeated orders and get access to new revenue streams, for both restaurants and courier companies.

Profile screens

On the profile screen, delivery partners can add or edit their contact information, such as their phone number and email address, ensuring smooth communication with customers and support teams.

New orders screens

The new order screen displays incoming orders for them to review and accept. It presents essential details about each order, such as the customer's address, order items and any special instructions.

Order screens

The order screen provides a comprehensive view of their assigned orders and all relevant details. It offers a centralized platform to manage and track the progress of each delivery.

Complete order screens

The complete order screen allows them to mark an order as successfully delivered and complete the delivery process. It provides a clear and straightforward interface to confirm the completion of each order.

Dropoff order screens

It provides a clear and concise interface that guides delivery partners through the final steps of the delivery process. When the delivery partner arrives at the customer's location, they can access the drop-off order screen to view specific instructions for the drop-off, such as leaving the order at the doorstep or handing it directly to the customer.

Order detail screens

It offers a detailed breakdown of the food items, quantities and any additional customizations or special requests made by the customer. It provides a centralized location where delivery partners can access past orders and review relevant details. The screen displays a list of archived orders, including information such as the customer's name, delivery address and order items.

Maps/ Lock screens

This screen integrates a map interface, providing real-time navigation and route guidance to help delivery partners reach their destinations efficiently. It displays the customer's location and the most optimal route to the delivery address.

The Login & Signup screens

The dashboard screen offers a comprehensive overview of their delivery operations in a user-friendly interface. The login screen requires existing users to input their credentials, such as their username and password, to gain access to their accounts. For new users, the signup screen prompts them to create a new account by providing essential details like their name, contact information and a secure password.
