About Project

Ezclocker is a time tracking app designed for office environments. It allows staff to easily clock in and out of work, and tracks their attendance records. It helps businesses to accurately track the working hours of their employees. The app can be installed on any device, such as a smartphone or tablet and can be accessed by staff members using their individual login credentials.

Launch screen & Onboarding

The launch screen features the app's logo, which is simple and modern. It creates a positive first impression and sets the tone for a user-friendly and efficient time tracking experience. The onboarding process is designed to guide users through the app's key features and functions.

Sign up & Sign in

To sign up the user is required to provide basic information such as their full name, email address and a secure password. To sign in users need to enter their registered email address and pass- word. Once they have logged in, they can start clocking in and out and tracking their work hours. If a user forgets their password, they can easily reset it by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link and following the prompts.

Dashboard

The dashboard provides a clear and concise overview of each employee's work hours and attendance records. It displays a list of employees, along with their clock in/out times, work hours and attendance status. Adding a new employee, is a simple process that can be done through the dashboard. To add a new employee, the user simply clicks on the "Add Employee" button and fills out the employee's details, such as their name, email address and department.

Job list, Location & Active list

The job list feature allows users to view a list of available jobs or projects and assign employees to them. Users can add new jobs, update existing ones, or delete jobs that are no longer needed. The location feature allows users to specify the location of each job or project. This information is used to track the location of employees as they clock in and out, making it easy to monitor their movements and ensure that they are working in the correct location. The active list displays a real-time view of employees who are currently clocked in and working.

Archive List & Details

The archive list provides a historical view of completed jobs or projects. Archived jobs are removed from the active list but can be easily accessed by clicking on the archive list. The job details feature provides a comprehensive view of each job or project, including its name, location, deadline and assigned employees. This feature also allows users to view attendance records and work hours for each employee assigned to the job.

Clock in, Clock out & Jobs

The clock in/out feature allows employees to easily record their work hours. To clock in, employees simply open the app and click the "Clock In" button. To clock out, they click the "Clock Out" button. The app tracks the time and date of each clock in/out event and records it in the employee's attendance record.

Settings & Subscription

  • The settings feature allows users to customize their app experience and adjust various preferences. Users can modify their personal profile information.

  • Additionally, users can configure their work schedule and set reminders for clocking in and out.

Sign up & login

  • Employees quickly create an account by providing their basic details, such as their name and email address. Once signed up, they can securely log in using their credentials to access their personalized account.
